Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MetDaan YouTube Publisher (the “App”), operated by MetDaan Media (“MetDaan”, “we”). By using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. YouTube Terms of Service

The App uses YouTube API Services. By using the App you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.

2. Who may use the App

The App is an internal tool. It is available only to MetDaan Media employees and contractors who have been given an account by MetDaan, and only for managing YouTube channels that MetDaan owns or is authorised to manage. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Your responsibilities

• Connect only YouTube channels you are authorised to manage.
• Upload only content for which MetDaan holds the necessary rights.
• Comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines and all applicable laws.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share your account.
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts, channels or data.
• Do not use the App to send spam, manipulate metrics or circumvent YouTube policies.

4. Content

You (and MetDaan) remain responsible for the content published through the App. The App only transmits content to YouTube on your instruction; it does not review or endorse it.

5. Access and termination

MetDaan may suspend or close any account at any time, including for breach of these Terms. You can stop using the App at any time and revoke its access to your Google account from your Google security settings.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, pause or discontinue the App or any feature without notice. We may also update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetDaan is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data or loss of revenue arising from use of the App or from the actions of Google or YouTube.
